Polyclonal anti-human alpha 2 macroglobulin (a2M) procedure goats were immunized with highly purified human alpha 2-macroglobulin isolated from human serum. The resulting anti-human alpha-2 Macroglobulin (a2M) was solid phase absorbed then affinity purified off an antigen containing immunoabsorbant.
