Procedure: Monoclonal Antibody is prepared in tissue culture and the antibody is purified using Protein A affinity chromatography
Specification: The purified monoclonal antibody is of the IgG 2B Kappa class and recognizes the p27 antigen ( anti gag) and higher molecular weight gag precursors containing p27. Recognizes all FeLV isolates tested (>25). Gives good ELISA and Western Blot signals.
It has recently been shown to pair well with CM 1 in certain ELISA assays
