Polyclonal antibody anti-Human Cathepsin G PROCEDURE: Chickens were immunized with purified human Cathesin G. After multiple immunizations in Freund?s adjuvant, eggs were collected and the igY fraction prepared. The antibodies were then immunoaffinity purified off a human Cathepsin immunoabsorbant.

Polyclonal anti-human Cathepsin SPECIFICATIONS: The anti-human cathepsin reacts with purified human Cathepsin by ELISA and Blotting applications.
Working Dilutions: Elisa Capture 1-5ug/ml and Western Blot .5ug/ml to 0.1ug/ml

What is Human Cathepsin G?:
Human Cathepsin G is a serine protease located in the azurophil granules of neutrophils. Studies have shown that human cathepsin G when released from granulocytes binds to NK cells and augments NK cytotoxicity through its protease activity.
