Lee Biosolutions produces Porcine Heart Aspartate Transferase (AST), also known as Glutamate Oxaloacetate Transaminase (GOT) for research and diagnostic manufacturing uses.
Technical support, bulk quantities and aliquoting available, email Info@leebio.com for more details.
There are two SGOT/AST isoenzymes are present in humans, they have high similarity. GOT1, the cytosolic isoenzyme derives mainly from red blood cells and heart. GOT2, the mitochondrial isoenzyme is predominantly present in liver.
