Details

Glutamate dehydrogenase GLDH is an enzyme, present in mitochondria of eukaryots, as are some of the other enzymes required for urea synthesis, that converts glutamate to alpha-Ketoglutarate, and vice versa.

Glutamate Dehydrogenase custom fills and buffers available.

Glutamate Dehydrogenase GLDH UNIT DEFINITION: One unit of enzyme activity is defined as the amount of enzyme which will catalyse the oxidation of one micromole of NADH per minute @ 37C under the conditions described in the Assay Method.
