Placing an Order

Lee BioSolutions accepts orders in writing, by mail or fax. Written orders must include:

• A Purchase Order number
• A brief description of the item(s) being ordered
• A desired due date
• The name and signature of the person placing the order (this person must be a representative of your company authorized to place orders)

Price

All prices are quoted in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Quotations are valid for 30 days. Please contact us for current pricing prior to ordering.

Payment

Terms of payment are NET 30 days, FOB St. Louis, Missouri (unless otherwise specified). Title passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier. Shipments are insured at purchaser's expense. Shipping charges are prepaid and billed to the customer. A 1.5% monthly late charge on account balances over 30 days past due will be added to invoices from date of shipment. We reserve the right to request advance payment in certain cases. The buyer is responsible for associated bank charges on all overseas transactions.

Product Use

Lee BioSolution products are intended for invitro laboratory research and manufacturing use only, and are not intended for any other purpose, including but not limited to drug, food, additive, cosmetics or clinical use in humans. We will reject orders from private individuals not affiliated with an organization. We reserve the right to insist on a written order and/or references before proceeding with an order. The buyer may be asked to provide a written assurance that products not be purchased/resold for an improper use.
