Is the product I want in stock?

A simple email, including the part number and SKU or quantity, is the easiest way for us to relay availability of a product. You may also call, at 1-314-968-1091, we’re happy to speak with you on your product needs. Please let us know if there are special requests, such as a need for samples, multiple lots, reserve quantities or different specifications.

Can I have pricing and availability for a bulk quantity of a product?

Of course! Please email info@leebio.com for these types of requests. Someone will be back with you as soon as they are available.

I'm not sure your product will work in my system, are samples available?

Samples are almost always available, either free-of-charge or highly discounted. We do ask that the customer pay for shipping and handling in most circumstances though.

Do you ship internationally?

We are able to ship our products almost anywhere in the world! We have shipped to more than 50 countries and we're sure we could ship to yours.

My country has import regulations and requires specific documentation, can you accommodate this?

Definitely. We deal with these regulations on a daily basis, and are always keeping up with new restrictions.

If I order today, when will I receive my product?

We typically stock almost all listed items, so shipping takes place within 1-3 days from order placement. We ship on the following schedule:

Domestic: Monday - Thursday (Including Canada)
